Customer is responsible for levelling and preparing installation location.

Customer is responsible for hiring a licensed electrician to connect any heater unit (either purchased through Otta Sauna or on their own).

Wood fired sauna heaters may require a WETT certification. Consult your municipality and/or insurance company to determine if this is required for your heater.

Customer is to ensure a minimum of 7' clearance (for barrel and modular saunas; 8' for birdhouse saunas) from driveway to installation location with any obstacle in the path to be moved prior to product arrival.

Customer is responsible to remove all obstacles and safety hazards, along and around, installation location. Customer is responsible to ensure a safe delivery site by removing all snow and ice on driveway, installation location and along delivery pathway. Depending on site conditions, additional charges or refusal of delivery may be applied.

Remainder of balance owing is due in full upon arrival at delivery location, prior to sauna installation.
