Refund policy

Sauna orders are non refundable.

All purchases of electric heaters and components are final sale and are non refundable. All warranty or repair claims will need to be made by the customer through a licensed warranty technician.

All purchases of wood heaters and components are final sale and are non refundable.

Any custom heater order (not regular stock item) will require a non refundable deposit. Customer will be notified upon heater / heater components arrival and will be responsible for arranging pick-up within 5 business days. A storage fee of $ 15 / per day will be applied thereafter.
